How it works

1. Photograph or upload the menu you already serve.
2. PlateBrief reads dishes into structured data. A model proposes names and prices. It does not publish.
3. You answer a few high-value questions, or skip. Missing facts stay visible as unknown.
4. A fixed layout builds the diner page and the print sheet. The model never invents the page design.
