How it works

1. Add the menu you already serve. Photograph pages if you want a read from photos.
2. PlateBrief reads dishes into structured data. A model proposes names and prices. It does not publish.
3. You answer a few questions, or skip. Fields you leave blank show as unknown on the diner page.
4. The diner page and print sheet use a fixed layout. The model does not invent the design.

Volunteers photograph a posted paper menu. Submissions wait for the kitchen to confirm. Submit a photographed menu. Do not send screenshots of Google, Yelp, or delivery apps.
